BOOKING INFORMATION

Whether you're new to therapy or returning after some time away, I offer individual in-person or online sessions on Tuesday or Wednesday nights and Thursdays all day. I work with individual adults who are 18+ years of age.

Fees are £50 for 50 - 55 minutes. Reduced rates are available if affordability is a concern - please let me know if you want to discuss this. Sessions are usually held weekly over 8 - 12 weeks. The number of sessions may be reduced or increased as agreed with you.

All sessions are confidential, compassionate and tailored to your unique goals. Issues discussed will not be disclosed to a third party without your prior consent (unless there is a risk to you or any other individual).
